All of our stores are responsible for handling their recruitment individually. Putting the responsibility at a local level helps ensure we're recruiting from the community and encourages a more personal interaction for you when you apply. If you're interested in Sales Associate, Stock Associate or Visual Stylist positions, we recommend you apply in person at the location of your choice. Store applications are also available on this site if you'd like to complete one in advance. However, if you are interested in Store Management opportunities please complete the online application form on this site.

Believe us when we say you don't have to wear a suit and tie, unless you want to. We're pretty casual around here, but we're serious about working hard. If you're still looking for suggestions, we would suggest "business casual" — but don't be afraid to let your own personal style shine through.

Once we determine a match with an open position, you'll be contacted by our Recruitment Department. If you are applying for a Head Office role, we’ll set up interview meetings with several other individuals related to the position. This may require more than one visit to our offices in Rugby and London, but our aim is to make the process as convenient and informative for you as possible. If you are applying for a Store Management role, we’ll set up an interview with one of our Store Managers or District Managers. After the initial meeting we’ll let you know if there is a potential match and invite you to our Gap Assessment Centre at one of our regional recruitment centres. The Assessment Day is competency based and consists of a number of exercises designed to assess your skills in a range of settings. This is an interactive day designed to be informative and enjoyable!

If you see either of the above errors when you try to upload your CV, it is because the programming language (JavaScript) that works this part of the site, is failing on your browser. You need to ensure that you are using a supported browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Safari) and that 'scripting' is switched on, in your browser's settings. To find out how to check this you will need to refer to your browser's online help.

You must get it to below 1MB. Remove any images, save the document, and check to see if it is less than 1MB.
If you created your CV in Microsoft Word and have made several revisions to it, it is possible that Word is 'remembering' all your changes. This increases the file size tremendously. The solution is to copy and paste the text content of your CV into a new blank Word document and save it.
