Store Management & Supervisor

Our store leaders oversee the sales, operations, human resources and merchandising of our stores. They recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train and motivate store staff. They're responsible for expense control, including managing payroll, stock, supplies and all administrative functions. And, in their merchandising roles, they process deliveries, display all merchandise based on presentation guidelines, implement visual direction and replenish merchandise. District Manager
A group of our stores will report directly to you. This means your responsibilities will range from innovative merchandising and inspiring people on the shop floor to driving sales and defining local strategy with Store Managers. In short, you’ll have every opportunity to share your ideas, inspiring as well as leading those around you.
If you have multi-site retail fashion experience, first-rate leadership and communication skills and the drive to achieve great things, this could be the role for you.

General Manager
As a General Manager, you will be fully accountable for the activities of approximately two of our stores, through driving revenue, controlling costs, leading an empowered team, developing talent, creating an excellent customer store experience and delivering to all compliance requirements – as well as constantly looking for new opportunities and ways of working that will create a better business. You’ll also support the District Manager where necessary and deputise in their absence.

Store Manager
As a Store Manager you will be fully accountable for the activities of one of our stores, providing leadership to the management teams and leading by example in areas such as sales generation, merchandising and visual presentation. You’ll be responsible for delivering sales results, developing and motivating your teams, creating an outstanding customer service experience, as well as controlling costs and delivering compliance.

Deputy Manager

As the Deputy Manager you’ll support the Store Manager in managing the sales generation, operational and human resources functions to ensure an excellent in-store customer experience. You’ll deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, acting as the point of contact for the District Manager and store teams.

Associate Manager
As an Associate Manager you’ll support the Store Manager to ensure that the store is delivering the best possible customer experience through both visual merchandising presentation and service standards, you will optimise sales and controllable contribution and you will build and develop a high performing team. This role is a stepping stone to becoming a Manager of one of our £multi-million stores.

Visual Manager
As a Visual Manager you will be responsible for creating a shopping experience that’s the envy of the high street. It will be down to you to create and interpret our Brand within your store and to inspire a visually exciting store environment. You must be able to demonstrate visual merchandising and display skills at management level in the areas of mannequin styling, layout interpretation and fixture placement, have the ability to train and coach others, and strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively. As well as leading the VM team in store, you will be using your business flair to build on your experience.

Sales Supervisors
The Sales Supervisor role supports the store management team in driving revenue, controlling costs and ensuring that the store is delivering the best possible customer experience. Integral to the day-to-day running of the store, you’ll deputise in your managers’ absence and hold keys when required. More than that, you’ll drive the store team to achieve the highest possible results, underpinning quality throughout the store, and acting as a role model to motivate and direct others to give their best and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Operations Supervisor
As an Operations Supervisor you’ll keep up-to-date on all products – building awareness of both store and company bestsellers to actively drive sales. Leading by example, you’ll keep your team motivated to exceed our high standards. You’ll train and support them on all operational and health and safety matters. And you’ll work closely with the management team, deputising for them in their absence. You will also order store supplies, manage the transfer of stock and hold keys when required.

Visual Supervisor
A champion of high visual standards, you’ll have a proactive approach – directing the in-store team to exceed our merchandising goals and providing solutions as visual challenges arise. As an invaluable member of this team, you’ll help us to communicate key visual themes and implement those themes in your specialist area. Supporting management in the day-to-day running of the visual team, you’ll deputise for visual managers and hold keys when necessary
