Works closely with the Design, Planning and Merchandising teams in Europe and the States to ensure a balanced range is produced across the designated product categories. You must have experience of analysing and interpreting of customer information, merchandise information, trend information and financial information to drive profitable categories. Reporting to the European Close Accounting Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for processing all month end journals for Europe and producing accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations. This is a critical role within the month end financial close process to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate reporting of monthly results to the European Board and the US Corporate teams coupled with additional reporting requirements to the US for the quarter close. The successful applicant will have to work closely with Business Partners in the financial planning & analysis and commercial finance teams.
