ORGANISATION RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Marketing Production Manager and is part of the overall creative team of Studio and Visual. Constant contact with Brand Managers & Designers. Extensive telephone and in-person contact with outside vendors. Partners with all teams within Marketing to execute creative strategies. Externally the role interacts directly with the Franchisees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage production, scheduling and budgeting of Kids & Baby brands for In-store and Windows.
• Forecast projects by obtaining estimates with various vendors. Approve colour and attend press checks. Collaborate with others in Print Production and outside creative agency including in the US to ensure consistent quality and colour across all areas of production. Strategise on fulfillment and shipping methods. Ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver projects on time and within specified budget. Review all print production forecasts prior to production to ensure that project fits within defined budget. Review budget status weekly and reports to Finance on a monthly basis. Update Brand Manager and Studio regularly on any budget limitations.
• Attend all daily and project-based status meetings. Attend meetings with Brand Management, Print Production, Studio and/or other departments as appropriate. Ensure all relevant business partners are kept updated on production status.
• Contributes to the ISA & Europe Production strategy and is proactive around improving processes. Initiates new procedural and manufacturing ideas in order to achieve cost savings and improve service levels.
• Monitors franchisees’ execution of an integrated marketing strategy of all promotional programs relating to Kids & Baby brands and provides feedback where necessary.
• Creates, develops and fosters relationship between ISA, franchise business partners and applicable vendors to assist the franchisee with overall production and execution of print/prop materials. Suggests financial or style options to achieve budget or creative objectives.
• Will build a detailed brief for franchisees for each campaign, to provide clear, in-depth production specs. Sharing any information (vendors, techniques etc/ relating to campaigns that will help franchisees in production. Proactive in developing solutions for any problems that arise.
• Develops and manages a print sample library of Kids & Baby marketing for In-store & Windows by season.
• Creates and maintains a window dimensions database to help franchisees create better window presentations through training on use of space/proportion/scale.
• Participates in seasonal conference calls with franchise partners when asked.
• Manages the production of exceptional materials as required by the business.
• Manages the Marketing Call-Off Hotline (for owned stores) with external vendor & Gap DC.
Essential criteria:
1. Minimum 3 years print production experience in 4-color process work including sheet-fed, web, screen printing, digital production and approving colour separations and attending press checks.
2. Must have strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must also have ability to quickly jump from one project to the next as priorities change.
3. Must have great attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Must have strong computer background, specifically with Excel, Word and all Mac programs.
5. Strong proficiency with numbers for the purpose of analysing vendor quotes, forecasting and managing budgets.
6. Experience of working in Retail environment.

1. Ability to travel in UK & Europe.
