The supervisor role supports the Store management team in driving revenue, controlling costs and ensuring that the store is delivering the best possible customer experience. Integral to the day-to-day running of the store, you’ll deputise in your managers’ absence and hold keys when required. More than that, you’ll drive the store team to achieve the highest possible results, underpinning quality throughout the store, and acting as a role model to motivate and direct others to give their best and exceed our customers’ expectations. You will train, coach and manage the sales associate team and constantly look for new opportunities and ways of working. So if you have a proven track record of pushing a team to deliver on quality whilst increasing sales, and can keep them focused whilst dealing with constantly shifting priorities, we’d love you to join our dynamic team.
